Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 7 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
  • Strong leadership skills, positive attitude, proactive mindset, and self-motivation
  • Experience in packaging and warehouse operations will be considered an advantage
  • Ability and experience in people management, and capable of working under pressure within tight deadlines
Job Description
  • Present proposals for system and equipment development projects to supervisors.
  • Prepare summary reports on operational performance and present them to supervisors, including participating in meetings to present results to company executives.
  • Make decisions within the scope of assigned authority (Authorisation Manual).
  • Propose strategies for improving warehouse management systems to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, safety, and overall effectiveness of all warehouse processes and operations.
