Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. Experience in cold storage warehouses will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management and distribution processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic proficiency in English (reading, listening, and speaking).
  • Familiarity with GHP/HACCP systems.
Job Description
  • Receive customer orders and prepare withdrawal documents.
  • Ensure daily product issuance is completed according to the plan.
  • Coordinate with customers and relevant parties for receiving and delivering goods as scheduled.
  • Control the receiving and issuing of goods to meet daily operational plans.
  • Update information and status of goods receipt and issuance to keep supervisors informed.
  • Ensure accurate product inspection and issuance according to documentation.
  • Monitor and supervise team performance to ensure tasks are completed as planned.
  • Experience in cold storage warehouse operations will be considered an advantage.
